These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the skylosely.com website and the commercial cleaning services provided by Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group ("we", "our", "us"), a cleaning business operating in Sydney, NSW, Australia. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
- "Client" refers to any individual, business, or organisation that engages our cleaning services or requests a quote.
- "Services" refers to all commercial cleaning services offered by Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group, including but not limited to office cleaning, commercial cleaning, facility cleaning, childcare cleaning, builders cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
- "Website" refers to skylosely.com and all associated pages and content.
- "Agreement" refers to any signed service agreement, accepted quote, or written confirmation of engagement between the Client and Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group.
2. Service Terms
2.1 Engagement
All cleaning services are provided subject to a service agreement or accepted quotation. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if the premises differ materially from the information provided during the quoting process.
2.2 Scheduling and Access
The Client must provide safe, reasonable access to the premises at the agreed times. If our team is unable to access the premises due to circumstances within the Client's control (locked doors, security restrictions not communicated in advance, or unsafe conditions), the scheduled service may be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.
2.3 Cancellations
Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule a booked cleaning service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather events or staff emergencies, and will notify the Client as soon as practicable.
3. Client Obligations
When engaging our services, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the premises, including size, access requirements, and any known hazards
- Ensure the premises are free from obstructions or dangerous materials that could pose a risk to our cleaning staff
- Notify us of any specific cleaning requirements, restrictions, or sensitive areas before the commencement of services
- Secure valuables, confidential documents, and fragile items prior to each cleaning visit
- Make timely payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement or accepted quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur an administrative fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services if an account remains overdue for more than thirty (30) days.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1 Insurance
Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by New South Wales law. Certificates of currency are available upon request.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, regardless of cause.
5.3 Damage Reporting
Any claims for property damage allegedly caused by our cleaning staff must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of the service date. We will investigate all reported claims promptly and in good faith. Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on skylosely.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. The "Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Eastern Suburbs Cleaning Group.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the website. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database
- Transmitting any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any material term of the agreement, including non-payment. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Sydney, NSW. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts of appeal therefrom.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
